The word "creative" gets thrown a around a lot in advertising and marketing. In many businesses, "creative" means carrying out the status quo. That's not what I do. I strive for customer engagement. In my world, creative means doing whatever it takes (trips to the south pole, a stint in a Guatemalan prison, and sometimes even dressing like a squirrel) to make a genuine connection with your audience.
